When it earns 10 SOL in fees it has a baby, and half of that baby’s fees go to the wallets holding this coin, forever. Every rule, stated.

The pad signs the mint. You never hand a key to anything.
You pay one flat fee and hold no fee share and no key. The pad takes 15 percent of the coin’s trading fees; 85 percent goes to the coin’s own treasury, which is what funds its babies.
That split is written into the coin at the mint and the admin is revoked in the same instruction, so nothing can edit it afterwards.
The fee is 0.1 SOL, flat, quoted by the pad.
